Advantages of Southeast Arkansas is accepting bids through August 15th for a contract janitorial opening.

This contract consists of cleaning the Monticello Preschool building 4 days per week and the Administration building 2 days per week. Cleaning must start after closing of business at 3:30pm. Please submit separate bids for each building. Pay will be a flat amount per cleaning paid on a biweekly basis.

Cleaning experience references should be listed on bids. More details, including a tour of the buildings to determine scope of work can be requested at 168 W. College in Monticello.
